Reverse Professionals of America will deduct, on a pre-tax basis, a $395.00 Processing Fee and a $495 Underwriting/Administration Fee from each closed and funded loan. You will receive 100% of the remaining revenue listed on the HUD 1 settlement statement. You will receive a monthly statement showing the available balance you have for paychecks and business expenses. You will be assigned a special support team who will assist with any and all concerns through processing! At no extra cost, each of your loans will be reviewed by a Quality Control team for Compliance. You will be given access to training seminars as well as Bi-Weekly sales calls.
Once hired, you are a W-2 employee and we handle all of the payroll for you! Reverse Professionals of America conducts payroll bi-weekly; on the 15th and the last day of the month. Each Originator is expected to turn in the request for payroll at least 3 days before each pay period to make sure it is properly processed. A 12% payroll processing fee and all applicable taxes will be deducted from any funds drawn as commission.

This includes an email address, a customized personal website with unique domain, a fully functional CRM and access to our web-based loan origination and pipeline management systems. Once you go “LIVE” you will be fully armed with the latest technology tools to help you get business.
As an employee of Reverse Professionals of America you will have access to purchase special seminar campaigns, postcards and brochures to assist in your Marketing ventures. You may either pre-pay these expenses, or they may be deducted from the commissions earned on a pre-tax basis.
No License is required to Originate loans in the State of Florida for Reverse Professionals of America. However, it is a state requirement that each originator completes a 14 hour online continuing education program. This is to be completed within 90 days of hire and every 24 months thereafter.
